Integrity at Work Week 2025

Transparency International Ireland (TI Ireland) is pleased to announce that Integrity at Work Week 2025 will be held from 3 to 6 November. This initiative aims to educate employers across all sectors on how to cultivate open and accountable working environments where employees feel empowered to speak up and act with integrity.

Hosted by Transparency International Ireland in collaboration with the University of Galway, Integrity at Work Week will convene leaders, professionals, and academics from diverse fields to address critical issues related to workplace ethics, whistleblowing, and compliance. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with renowned experts, participate in interactive workshops, and acquire invaluable insights aimed at promoting integrity within their organisations.

Topics we’ll be covering include:

  • Attitudes and experiences of Irish workers and whistleblowers
  • Whistleblowing in Ireland: Legal developments and challenges since 2024
  • Gender and intersectionality in whistleblowing
  • Incentivising ethics: Should whistleblowers be rewarded?
