Welcome to the Integrity at Work (IAW) Employers’ Helpdesk
Members of the IAW programme have pledged to foster workplaces where people are supported to raise concerns of wrongdoing and act with integrity. From time to time, employers may need advice in dealing with a report and/or a discloser. Transparency International (TI) Ireland is committed to developing best practice in this area and has developed this virtual Helpdesk as a forum for IAW members to ask questions relating to dealing with disclosures.
Drawing from a range of published research and reports; in-house experience in dealing with disclosers through the Speak Up Helpline; as well as the expertise of the TI coalition and TI Ireland Associates, we will develop a response to each query received. Responses will be shared both directly with the person submitting the query and also in an anonymised format in the restricted access Members’ Area of the IAW website in order to develop a bank of useful resources for IAW members.
Important: Please note that the information provided in the Employers’ Helpdesk is for general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied upon as such.
