World Whistleblowers Day takes place on 23 June 2024. This annual tribute to Whistleblowers celebrates the crucial role they play in the fight for a fairer world. World Whistleblowers Day also acknowledges the challenges that those who speak up against wrongdoing often face and highlights the protection they need to speak up.
Members of the IAW Programme have committed to protecting workers who make a report of wrongdoing, to act on the worker’s concerns and to signpost them to available supports like the Speak Up Helpline.
