Members of the IAW programme sign the IAW Pledge that commits them to protecting workers who make a report of wrongdoing, to act on the worker’s concerns and to sign-post them to available supports. The Pledge is signed by the Chief Executive and Chair of the member organisation and displayed in a public place.
