The theme of the Integrity at Work Conference 2019 was ‘Leading with Integrity – How to foster ethical behaviour in the workplace’. The event brought together representatives from over 70 organisations to discuss how to encourage an ethical culture in the workplace, prevent wrongdoing and manage reputational risk.
The theme of the Integrity at Work Conference 2018 was ‘Learning from Experience – best practice insights for employers on supporting staff to raise concerns and do the right thing’. The event explored how best to encourage and support staff speaking up about wrongdoing in the workplace with the guidance of Irish and international experts.
